Applicants who do not meet all of the following requirements will be instantly denied.
Media Rank:
- 100 Subscribers
- 100 Average views per video or 500 views per short
Media+ Rank:
- 2,000 Subscribers
- 1,000 Average views per video or 10,000 views per short
No Fast Client videos? Requirements are tripled
